Excellent after sales experience

It's was my 1st great experience with Konok, I had a small issue with the water bottle drinking tip, told the customer service by the name of Chana Vajrabhaya about it vs email and no 2nd question asked with immediate reply Chana offered a replacement item to me and the shipping was faster then expected. Strongly recommended to everyone out there...
